North Carolina's own Phonte and 9th Wonder join forces once again to give us some of that musical magic they so easily create together on Phonte's latest joint, "Not Here Anymore". Joined by one of Detroit's finest, Elizhi. Die hard Little Brother fans will truly appreciate Phonte's super dope lyrics over 9th Wonder's intoxicating twist on this Rose Royce classic. When Superheros and Hip Hop Collide



Are you a comic book fan who longs to experience the excitement of Comic-Con? Well join other local comic book enthusiasts at this year's 1st annual Cola-Con, Comic-Con with a twist! The event will encompass comic book culture with a hip hop flare.

It goes down on September 2 at the Columbia Museum of Arts. Ticket prices are $15 for members, $20 for non-members. A Cola Crawl is scheduled afterwards on Main Street just outside the museum.

Ok, so what were Katy Perry and Nikki Minaj really going for last night? They were both teeter tottering on the edge of ridiculousness with those get ups!

Nikki looked like the Queen of the Doodle Bears while Katy,at times, looked like Rainbow Bright's younger sister on acid. As Wendy Williams would say "I can't"...no bueno.

Yay! Beyonce revealed a definite baby bump on Sunday at the MTV VMA's. The proud father, Jay Z, was in the audience beamin' after her performance. Hey, you can't knock their hustle (no seriously, no pun intended)! Real love is happiness. Congrats to the happy couple!

Music Video: Big K.R.I.T- "The Vent"

Big K.R.I.T is preparing for his debut album, Live from the Underground, scheduled to drop on September 27.

Hip Hop Lives! Poetry over hot beats is what this man is selling! Met this guy earlier this year at his concert in Greensboro, NC. He was so humble and down to earth. Hope the fame doesn't change him because he's about to blow up!
